Is the dynamic experience of God’s power we read about in the Book of Acts available to the church today? Dr. Dennis Sempebwa believes it is, based on his own experiences. He grew up in Uganda, in abject poverty, and saw the richness of God’s presence and power in astonishing measure. God has sent Dennis to America to help Christians in the West awaken to the power of God’s Spirit and to the barriers we erect that block God’s work in our lives.
